October 24, 2026 · Remaining capacity, checkout safety and commercial packaging
Hourly 1.2.3 improves the booking experience by showing remaining spaces for eligible appointment times and preventing invalid quantity selections from entering the cart. The two availability display preferences remain independent: Hourly controls per-slot remaining capacity, and Base controls Date Range availability.
Requires DevAgent WBR Base 1.2.7 or newer. Existing appointments, pricing and saved configuration are preserved.
Included in this version
- Remaining capacity: When enabled in Settings > Hourly & Appointments, show exact remaining spaces below available times when slot capacity is greater than one; retain Sold out for unavailable times.
- Quantity validation: Prevent Add to cart when no valid appointment time is selected or the requested quantity exceeds availability. Refresh times after Quantity changes and display specific guidance.
- Cart and checkout: Reject invalid or incomplete Hourly selections through classic WooCommerce and Cart/Checkout Blocks; keep server-side capacity holds authoritative.
- Plugin Check: Include the authentic Composer dependency manifest and document safe validation of structured slot JSON. The external commercial updater remains intentionally enabled.
- Compatibility: Retain Hourly date-specific capacity overrides and independent Date Range behavior. No database migration or price changes.

Update DevAgent WBR Base to version 1.2.7 or newer, then install the latest Hourly Bookings & Appointments update.
Version 1.2.2 introduces more flexible appointment capacity management directly from Calendar / Bookings and improves switching between Hourly and Date Range booking modes.
Included in this version
Use the +, − and Reset controls in Calendar / Bookings → By slot to adjust appointment capacity for a selected date.
Changes apply to the capacity of each time slot on that date, for the selected product or variation.
Other dates and the product’s default capacity remain unchanged.
Reset restores the default capacity for the selected date.
Capacity cannot be reduced below existing booked units or active booking holds, protecting reservations already in place.
Switching between Hourly and Date Range booking modes now saves and displays the selected mode consistently.
The product editor and customer-facing booking form reflect the active booking mode.
Previously configured Hourly schedules are preserved when switching temporarily to Date Range.
Hourly availability is presented in the correct per-time-slot context rather than as a daily shared capacity.
Date Range availability and daily capacity management remain separate and unchanged.
Requires DevAgent WBR Base 1.2.7 or newer.
Verified with both WooCommerce HPOS and legacy order storage.
Compatible with DevAgent WBR — Dynamic Pricing 1.0.1.
Existing appointments, saved schedules, prices and booking data are preserved. No database migration is required.

October 20, 2026 · Maintenance update and Global Time Format
Version 1.2.0 introduces a global choice between 24-hour and 12-hour (AM/PM) appointment times, with clearer schedule validation in the product editor. This release changes how times are displayed, not how existing bookings or availability are stored or calculated.
Included in this version
Added a global Time format preference under DevAgent WBR > Settings > Hourly & Appointments: 24-hour (default) or 12-hour (AM/PM).
Applied the selected format to weekly schedules, date exceptions, manual slots, Booking Simple and Booking Variable editors, frontend appointment times, cart and order details, and the Appointments administration screen.
Simplified the format selector labels so sample business hours cannot be mistaken for fixed operating hours.
Improved validation when a weekly schedule or replacement date exception has a closing time earlier than or equal to its opening time, including AM/PM mistakes.
Prevented invalid time windows from being submitted during normal editing. Incorrect values remain visible and the affected row is highlighted so they can be corrected without re-entering the schedule.
Improved server-side feedback when an invalid configuration is rejected, avoiding contradictory success messages and explaining when incorrect times were not saved.
Preserved existing stored appointment times, booking availability, prices, capacity, REST values, order data and licensing behavior. No database migration is required.

Hourly 1.1.3 improves DevAgent license management and the Hourly product editor. License status can be refreshed on demand, remote deactivation is more reliable, and Base date-range-only settings are hidden while Hourly mode is selected. Booking rules, prices, reservations and stored data remain unchanged.

- Fixed remote license deactivation and its confirmation with the DevAgent license service.
- Added Refresh license status for checking the current activation state, including disabled and site-inactive licenses.
- Improved Check for updates feedback when a license is not active.
- When Hourly mode is selected, hide Base date-range-only Capacity per day and Minimum units fields; restore them without losing their values when switching back.
- No database migration or change to bookings, pricing, capacity protection or WooCommerce order processing.
